What software do I need to use the 3D assets?

Our assets are compatible with popular design tools, such as:

  1. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Canva, and more.
  2. No advanced 3D software is required unless specified.

How do I access my purchased assets?

After purchase:

  1. You’ll receive an email with a confirmation and download linke
  2. Downloads are also accessible from your account dashboard.

If you don’t receive an email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Can I share or resell the assets?

No, sharing or reselling our assets is prohibited. They are licensed for personal or commercial use under our License Agreement

How often are new updates added for Lifetime Access users?

We regularly update our library with new assets. Lifetime Access users receive all updates automatically at no additional cost.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade from Quarterly or Annual Membership to Lifetime Access. Contact our support team to assist with the upgrade process.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, you can use the assets for commercial projects, depending on your chosen license. For creating end products for sale, an Extended Commercial License may be required.
