3. License to Use
When purchasing our 3D assets, you are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license
to use them under the terms specified in our License Agreement.

You may use the assets in personal and commercial projects as outlined in your license type.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the assets in any form.

4. Membership and Subscription Plans

Access and Duration:
Quarterly and annual plans grant access for the purchased period only.
Lifetime plans grant ongoing access, including updates.

Renewals and Cancellations:
Quarterly and annual memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.
No refunds will be provided for unused time after cancellation.

You must keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Payments and Refunds

All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

Refund Policy:
Digital assets are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except in cases of defective content.
For membership plans, refunds for unused access may be granted at our sole discretion.

All content, including 3D assets, designs, and branding, remains the intellectual property of
Tridimensi Pro. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
