10 Best Free Vector Graphics Websites Every Designer Should Bookmark

Finding the best free vector graphics websites can save designers hours of manual illustration work while keeping project budgets under control. Scalable vector files are essential for logos, presentations, packaging, and web design because they never lose quality when resized.

This list rounds up 10 reliable platforms every designer should have bookmarked.

Key Takeaways:

• The best free vector graphics websites, such as Freepik and Vecteezy, offer massive libraries of downloadable vectors at no upfront cost.
• Always double-check the license before publishing, since some free vector graphics require attribution or are limited to personal use.
• Pairing flat vector assets with premium 3D elements can instantly elevate a landing page or campaign visual.

1. Magnific

Magnific, formerly known as Freepik, has evolved from free vector graphics into a comprehensive AI creative platform. It combines a massive library of 250M+ stock assets (including vectors, illustrations, icons, templates, photos, and more) with AI-powered tools to generate, edit, enhance, and upscale visual content.

It’s a versatile option for designers, marketers, and content creators looking for both ready-to-use assets and AI-powered creative workflows.

• AI-powered creative tools for image generation, editing, upscaling, video, and audio
• Stock assets and AI tools in one platform, making it useful for both traditional design and AI-assisted workflows
• Free and paid plans are available, with access and usage limits depending on the plan
• Regularly updated creative library and AI features to support modern design and content production

2. Vecteezy

Vecteezy is a community-driven marketplace where independent artists upload original vector art for free and paid download. The platform is especially strong for hand-drawn illustrations and editable EPS files. It also allows creators to build public portfolios, which keeps the content fresh and varied.

• Large collection of hand-illustrated and flat-style vectors
• Supports EPS, SVG, and AI file formats
• Free downloads include a watermark-free preview
• Active contributor community adds new assets weekly

3. VectorStock

VectorStock focuses purely on vector-based content, making it a go-to resource when other stock sites mix in too many raster images. Its free selection is smaller than premium options but still covers common categories like nature, business, and holidays. The clean interface makes browsing fast even on slower connections.

• Dedicated exclusively to vector file formats
• Simple category browsing for quick project sourcing
• Free downloads limited to lower resolution previews
• Good for finding niche seasonal or holiday graphics

4. Pixabay

Pixabay is better known for photography, but its vector section holds a solid range of icons, patterns, and simple illustrations. Everything on the platform is released under a permissive license that allows commercial use without attribution. This makes it a safe pick for teams that want fewer legal questions during production.

• No attribution required for commercial projects
• Clean, ad-light browsing experience
• Vector selection is smaller compared to dedicated vector sites
• Great for simple icons and background patterns

5. unDraw

unDraw specializes in modern, flat-style SVG illustrations that are fully open source and free to use however you like. One standout feature is the built-in color picker, which lets designers match illustrations to their brand palette instantly. It is a favorite among SaaS websites and app landing pages.

• Fully open-source illustrations with no attribution needed
• Built-in tool to recolor SVGs before download
• Consistent flat design style across the entire library
• Limited to illustrations rather than icons or patterns

6. SVG Repo

SVG Repo is built specifically for developers and designers who need clean, lightweight vector icons ready for web use. The site organizes assets into clear categories and supports bulk downloads in multiple formats. Its minimal interface keeps the focus on fast searching rather than distracting extras.

• Huge icon library optimized for SVG format
• Bulk download options for larger design systems
• Mixed licensing, so checking each icon set matters
• Fast search built for developer workflows

7. Flaticon

Flaticon is one of the largest icon-focused platforms online, offering vector icons in consistent style packs rather than single scattered files. This consistency makes it easier to build a cohesive interface without mismatched visual styles. Free downloads are unlimited but require attribution unless a premium plan is active.

• Icons grouped into matching style packs
• Multiple export formats including SVG, PNG, and EPS
• Free tier requires attribution link back to the source
• Ideal for building consistent app or website icon sets

8. OpenClipart

OpenClipart is a public-domain library where every upload is free for any use, including commercial projects, without attribution. The trade-off is a more inconsistent art style since contributions come from hobbyists worldwide. Still, it remains useful for quick clipart-style graphics and educational materials.

• 100% public domain with no licensing restrictions
• No sign-up required to download files
• Art quality varies since it is fully community-submitted
• Best suited for casual or educational design needs

9. FreeVector.com

FreeVector.com curates original vector artwork created by its own design team, giving it a more polished and consistent feel than many crowdsourced platforms.

The site organizes content by theme, making it simple to find matching sets for a single project. Premium membership unlocks faster downloads and an ad-free browsing experience.

• Original in-house illustrations with consistent quality
• Thematic collections for easier project matching
• Free downloads may include slower server speeds
• Good source for cohesive multi-file design sets

10. Iconfinder

Iconfinder blends free and premium vector icons from thousands of independent designers, with a filter specifically for free-to-use assets. Its licensing labels are clearly displayed next to every icon, reducing guesswork during commercial projects. The platform also supports team libraries for larger design workflows.

• Clear licensing tags shown on every icon
• Filter dedicated to free-only search results
• Wide variety of styles from many contributing artists
• Team and collection tools for organized design libraries
